As Rahul Dravid fell with the score reading 82 for 2.. There was a roar around the stadium, they all stood up to greet arguably the greatest cricketer ever.. In came the legend Sachin Tendulkar to play what could possibly be his last test Down Under and he couldn’t have scripted it in a better way!
What a great knock.. There are no words to describe an innings as classy as this. The century against the best team in the world on Sir Donald Bradman’s home ground, had everything in it.. He dominated Brad Hogg dancing down the track, cutting and slashing him to every part of the stadium. He played off a great second spell by Bret Lee and along with VVS Laxman took India to a respectable score at the end of Day 1.
The crowd at the Adelaide Oval enjoyed it and so did every cricket fan who tuned in to watch the little master bat.

A great innings! Sachin is truly the best batsman in the world.. There cannot be anyone who is better than him..
When Sachin bats even Australian cricket fans dont want him to get out.. Everyone enjoys watching him..
I hope he continues to bat well tomorrow and along with Dhoni take India to a formidable score.. Around 400 plus would be a good first innings score and then they can put Australia under a lot of pressure!
Dhoni has to stand up and deliver.. Its long since he got a century.. Hope he gets it tomorrow..
Dont forget we miss a extra batsman as we are playing 5 bowlers.. So Tendulkar should safe guard the tail and carry India on his broad shoulders!
