After their sensational win against Australia at Perth, India has a great chance to level the series 2 - 2 at Adelaide.

• The last time the 2 teams battled in the 2nd Test at Adelaide in the 2003-04 series, it is India that toppled the Aussies with a comfortable victory by 4 wickets.
• The wicket at Adelaide Oval suits the Indians more than the Aussies admits the Aussie quick bowler Stuart Clark.
• The ball would reverse swing at the Adelaide Oval, and the Indian medium pace swing bowlers Ishanth Sharma, RP Singh and Irfan Pathan consistantly swung the ball at Perth. It was actually the swing that did the trick for the Indians.
