Saurav Ganguly after a brief cameo got out on just the third ball of the innings to Shoaib Akhtar. In came Gautam Gambir to join Sachin Tendulkar at the crease. It was tough to score runs early on, but Sachin cut loose once he was set and middling the ball well.
